Creating shared authentic space doing video conferencing requires an understanding that each person is having their own experience of the activity within their own space.
The COVID pandemic initiated a need to connect using video-conferencing platforms. However, as the pandemic abates we find there are benefits to using these alternative ways of connecting to conduct programs once done in person; such as health care visits, therapy sessions, and group sharing circles.
This program will allow participants to consider how to transition in-person group and one-on-one experiences to on-line video platforms. During three live on-line sessions participants will learn and experience tools to effectively manage on-line platforms, how to prepare to hold sacred space across distances, how to develop and maintain authentic connection with participants and how to close sessions using rituals and energy techniques.
Participants will be expected to attend and reflect on on-line activities between sessions and will be assisted in developing their own process for connecting over video-conferencing.
